Moulton Community Transport Scheme
Affordable, reliable transport for eligible Moulton residents to medical and wellbeing appointments - subsidised for those in need
To join the Moulton Community Transport Scheme, you must meet the following primary requirements:
- Residency: You must be a resident of Moulton parish OR be a patient at Moulton GP Surgery AND live within the boundary set out by the surgery.
- Financial hardship/low income: Residents on a low income or receiving benefits, facing difficulties in affording transport may be eligible for subsidy.
Lifts available for: All medical appointments including GP appointments and Hospital appointments. This covers visits to Northampton General Hospital and Kettering General Hospital, Dentist, Physiotherapy, Podiatry and other medical services (including Opticians, Mental Health appointments and more).
Health & Wellbeing Activities: Community Centre Events / Moulton Library Health and Wellbeing Hub Activities: Lifts available for all activities that promote health and wellbeing and combat social isolation at Moulton Community Centre, including exercise groups, Community Lunch and Games Morning.
Moulton Leisure Centre: Lifts available for all activities held at the Leisure Centre.
